Beachy Craftsman Retreat

Combining Hawaiian Plantation-style craftsmanship with the tones and colors of a seaside getaway, the Beachy Craftsman Retreat is the first single-family residence in Hawaii certified as LEED for Homes v4 and one of the few homes certified under Energy Star v3. Through our collaboration with Mokulua High Performance Builder, we successfully created a home that is environmentally friendly in both its interior and its exterior. We’re honored to share the Carl Reppun Award at the 30th Annual BIA Renaissance Building & Remodeling Awards.
