Consultation
Our design process begins with a consultation, what we consider as the most important step! By meeting with you in person, we gain a better sense of your design direction, preferences and needs to create a space that blends perfectly with your lifestyle.
Our comprehensive design concept for your review will include: structural layout options; floor plans; color schemes; materials and surface options; and preliminary selection of furniture, window treatments, floor design, lighting and fabrics.
3D Renderings
After approval of the design concept, we move forward with creating a 3D drawing, which truly brings the whole home to life! With 3D rendering, we also get a better sense of the physical spaces with which we’re working; this understanding allows us to adjust easily to your design preferences.
Estimates
Along with the design concept, we will also provide you with cost estimates for goods and services. Throughout the purchasing process, we maintain our transparency by providing you with periodic reports to assist in monitoring all purchases and costs to date.
Installation
Installation is the exciting final step in the creation of your dream home! We coordinate, manage and install both your hard goods, like flooring, appliances and tile, as well as your soft goods, like furniture and fabrics. Your dream home is about to become a reality!
